We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful tree-covered valley. We were amazed by the stunning views from the nearby ropeway station, which allowed us to reach the 7th station of Mt. Kuro. The onsen on the top floor was a highlight of our stay, providing a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff in the restaurant were also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

This hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel near a ropeway station. The view at the 7th Station of Mt. Kuro is breathtaking. The outdoor onsen on the top floor is a relaxing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with a mix of Western and Japanese style bedding. The buffet dinner and breakfast was authentic Japanese food and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel provides comfortable and spacious rooms that are fit for large groups. the accommodating staff speaks English which makes communication easy. the hotel offers great onsen facilities that give guests a relaxing experience.

The hotel offered an exceptional buffet for dinner and breakfast. the selection of Japanese and western food was great. the small cooker on the table was a nice touch and we enjoyed cooking our own food. the hotel also had three onsens, which were rotated between men and women, offering different experiences each time. the outdoor onsen on the top floor was heavenly, with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The wait time at the restaurant could be improved. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes for a table.

Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Great location near the city center. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The room was cramped with outdated decor. The air conditioning seemed to be broken and the room was hot and stuffy.
